All domestic parcels are sent via Australia Post. Parcels up to 1kg (including packaging) are charged at $9.95 for regular post, or $12.95 for express post. Larger parcel rates will be calculated at checkout. International orders are welcome! Please contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchasing.Please note that orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Express Post only refers to the shipping method. We endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible, and most parcels are shipped within 3 business days.

We sure do! Just email us with your preferred colour palette, and we'll create something just for you. We stock a large range of colours, shapes and sizes.

If you own a business and you'd love to stock our sprinkles, we'd love to hear from you! We offer bulk packs as well as our signature 100ml bottles. Please contact us to discuss our wholesale terms.

Our sprinkles are mixed in an environment that may contain traces of dairy, nuts, seeds, eggs, gluten, fish and other allergens. Unfortunately we are unable to provide certified allergy-friendly options.

We offer a range of cakes and treats that cater for intolerances and dietary requirements, including dairy-free, egg-free, vegan, gluten-free and soy-free. As we produce other products using allergens we are unable to guarantee against cross-contamination; however we do everything possible to avoid it. Please consider this when ordering allergy/intolerance-friendly items.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on food items, unless there is a defect or the item is not as described. Please contact us should there be any issues with your order.

As all of our custom cakes are priced individually, we are unable to provide a price list. Below is a price guide that outlines our base prices for some of our custom products. Final prices depend on the intricacy of the design, additional toppers and materials, and the time involved in creating your cake.

Delivery costs vary and are dependent on the event location. Most central Geelong and Ballarat suburbs are $15-20. Other areas may be available on request.

We accept bookings up to 12 months in advance. It's best to book in early as we tend to book out a couple of months ahead.

Your cake will be delivered in a cake box. It's best to leave your cake in this box to ensure it stays fresh.

Fondant should never be put in the fridge as the condensation can cause wilting decorations, marks and a slimy appearance. This also applies to buttercream cakes with fondant decorations.

Full buttercream cakes may be stored in the fridge; however our buttercream is shelf stable and does not need to be refrigerated. In the case of extremely hot weather, it's best to store buttercream cakes in the fridge and fondant cakes in a well air-conditioned room.

We currently operate from a private address with no storefront. Order pick ups are welcome but in-person shopping is not available.

More often than not, we're elbow deep in buttercream or covered in food colouring, so speaking on the phone can be a bit tricky while we're busily completing orders.
